What does management cover?
Taking over the unit and documents
Handover protocol, detailed photos, checking meter readings and settlements with the administration and utility providers.
Sourcing and vetting tenants
We prepare the listing, run viewings, and verify the credit history, employment and references of prospective tenants.
Lease agreement and legal formalities
We draw up the lease and powers of attorney and, if needed, arrange an occasional lease with notarial confirmation.
A personal manager in 4 languages
One point of contact for you and the tenant — service in Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
Rent, deposit and debt collection
We collect and monitor payments, hold the deposit and pursue arrears (email, phone, SMS).
Maintenance and inspections
A base of trusted contractors, oversight of repairs and regular property inspections throughout the lease.
Bills and utilities
Contact with utility providers, forwarding and tracking bills, and paying obligations related to the property.
Property and tenant insurance
We arrange property insurance and tenant liability cover with a sum insured of PLN 100,000.
Online reports and lease renewal
A detailed online statement every month. At the end of the lease we advise on renewal and rent level.
